Mario was a beautiful person! I met him many years ago while working at 11th & State. He was always very uplifting, never had a bad thing to say about anyone! He was one of a group of guys that became like brothers to me....Mario , Coop, Sherman, Art, and Fabian! Mario really liked to dance and we got down at many of the job parties we attended! Gloria...You and your family are in my prayers...Mario was one of the kindest gentlemen I've ever met...When I was new, he made me feel so welcome, always had a kind word, supportive, and helped me a lot, during that time...He was loved by all at O.E.M.C. Always a kind word, and smile to all...He gave great advice, was a patient listener, basically a shoulder to cry on...he thoroughly made the best of any situation...He just enjoyed life!...I hope his passing was painless...R.I.P. Mario...You will be greatly missed.

First, let me begin by thanking the Stinson(Gloria) family for allowing myself and others that knew Mario to spend time with him at the end. Thank You immensely for that opportunity, i' ll be eternally greatful. Many have graced my life from my o.e.m.c. family and offered me tremendous support in my many crisis over the years so no need to go there, but I love You all..
Mario was not just a co- worker, he became a brother by another mother to me. He was my mentor, friend and later my confidant.. I could always count on him for support, whether I was right or wrong. Always a voice of reason.. He'd. give everyone endeared to him a nickname and he branded me (Quirt).
When I was out of control (quite often), he would look at me and say, (Quirt, Quirt, calm down! and then the smile would return to his face..) The calls to each other deminished at the end, because of his. personal battle but he never stop reaching for me. He never gave up the fight he fought to the end.. I' ll miss my buddy, but thank You Lord for sharing Him with me. R.I.P. MY FRIEND, until we meet again,
and I promise to try and stay calm.

I’m going to miss his big smile and warm personality. He always took a genuine interest in me and how I was. Having genuine concern with no motives is not something I encounter a lot so it was always much appreciated. I also always knew he wanted the best for me. People ask me were we close... In spirit we definitely were.
Until we meet again cousin

I offer my deepest condolences to Gloria and the entire family. However, as words are truly inadequate for such a time as this, just remember when your heart is feeling empty, filling it with happy memories can help you find your smile. Memories are the legacy of love.
Mario always presented himself in a happy and joyful manner—and always had a smile on his face. RIP Mario! We will see you again when we too fall asleep. Regina McCaskill

The first time I heard Mario's voice was at my old job 23 years ago when he worked the ad desk that's where he told me I should apply for 911, and what do you know, it's 18 years later and I thank you Mario for encouraging me to take that leap of faith, it was the best decision I made. So thank you for the encouraging words, a great sense of humor, infectious smile and that great laugh. You will be sorely missed my friend/ my brother. Rest in Eternal Peace.
