Mr. Frank J Cottrell

COTTRELL, Frank Joseph, 50, of Henrico, passed away on February 24, 2016. He graduated from Varina High School in 1983, and was an award winning auto body painter and repairman. He also loved drag racing, farming, and military history. Frank is survived by his parents, Joseph Cottrell (Barbara) and Sandra Fox; brothers, Charles Cottrell (Sherrie) and William Ratliff; niece and nephew, Brianna Ratliff and Zach Ratliff; girlfriend, Connie Bero; dear friend, Kenny; and many other loving friends. Visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Monday, February 29, 2016 at 2 pm with interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park.
