Herbert Patrick Cadden

Herbert P. Cadden passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 13, 2022. He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Rachel. His legacy is his four children, Caroline Duvall (Randy), Allen Cadden (Kathleen), Christina Brazier (Tommy) and Brian Cadden; and nine grandchildren. He enjoyed time spent with his whole family, especially at Allen’s place on the Chesapeake Bay and playing golf. He was in the restaurant business for many years. After retiring he was a van driver for Doubletree Hotel, a job he enjoyed because he was able to meet and talk to people from all over the world. The last five years he has volunteered at Feed More. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to Feed More or Hospice of Virginia. A family celebration at the bay will be held later this spring.
