Thomas "Tommy" Biggerstaff

Thomas “Tommy” Biggerstaff, 78, of Midlothian, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021. He was a member of the U.S. Army for three years, served with the Virginia Capitol Police for three years and served with the Henrico County Police for 29 years. After he retired, he worked 10 years in the Henrico Sheriff’s Office. Tommy loved aviation and aircraft, but what he loved most was his family. He devoted his life to caring for his loved ones. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Barbara Brooks Biggerstaff; sons, Bryan and Danny; siblings, Donald, Carol and Wanda; and his granddaughter, Miranda. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a service will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
