Del Denton Heilman, Jr.

Del joined his beloved wife Carol in eternal peace on 7/23/2020. A private service will be held for his family on 7/27/2020. Del was born in Washington DC on 10/04/1946. Del worked for Tidewater Supply prior to retiring from Civil Service and previously served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. Del is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Carol Allen Heilman. He is survived by his son Alan; brother, Dallas (Cathy) Heilman; sisters, Mary Byers and Carol Winkler and a brother-in-law Wesley (Lisa) Allen. Del was a devoted husband and father. He coached little league baseball for his son growing up and was a caregiver to Carol for many years. He loved sports. He enjoyed golf, bowling, pool and watching Nascar Races.
