Memorable funeral services
Whether you prefer a traditional service, an intimate gathering of close family and friends or imaginative celebration of life, we offer many unique options to commemorate the lives of loved ones and to help ensure that legacies will endure for generations to come.
Each person's life is unique, and as such, we believe that no 2 funerals should be alike. Our experienced team is skilled at designing one-of-a-kind tributes that celebrate a person's passions and personality. Imagine a beach-themed celebration in our reception room with sand, seashells and flip-flops. Envision a putting green in our chapel with personalized golf balls for each guest. We're here to serve you
As a member of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers, Baldwin-Fairchild Altamonte Funeral Home offers quality, compassionate care and service you can trust.
The history of the Baldwin-Fairchild group of funeral homes began in 1972 when Richard O. Baldwin, Jr. founded the first Baldwin Funeral Home in the Goldenrod area of Orlando. In 1974, Richard Baldwin expanded to Altamonte Springs, and in 1978, he added All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry.
Growth in Orlando
In 1980, Richard Baldwin expanded further through the acquisition of 3 additional funeral homes in the Orlando area: Fairchild Funeral Home and Crematory located on Lake Ivanhoe, Bray Funeral Home in Apopka and Hoequist Funeral Home in Winter Garden. All 5 of the funeral homes were immediately renamed Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Homes.
Our funeral homes today
Following more acquisitions through the years, Baldwin-Fairchild now comprises 10 chapel locations and 4 cemeteries serving all of the greater Orlando area.
Richard Baldwin has always believed that families, regardless of their faith, social status or circumstances, deserve unwavering respect and dignity throughout the entire funeral process. It is that principle which has earned the Baldwin-Fairchild group of funeral homes and cemeteries their excellent reputation. At Baldwin-Fairchild, we strive to provide the finest cemeteries and the most caring ceremonies for every family we serve.
