Shelly Arnold started with Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary in May 2000 as a funeral arranger. Realizing her service is more of a calling than a job, she listens intently to each family as she creates a celebration of life to truly honor the lost loved one. Shelly has been serving as the funeral home manager since 2012 and is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team. Shelly has been happily married since 2007 and enjoys spoiling her wonderful niece.
Autumn RosEtta Marler
Since 2016, Autumn has provided compassionate care to families in Bakersfield, California. She currently serves as a funeral arranger at Mish Funeral Home in Oildale, California. After overcoming many difficult obstacles and experiencing much loss throughout her life, Autumn felt led to a career in funeral service and started at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary working as a family service counselor. Her love of serving families and desire to help them in a more meaningful way moved her to become a funeral arranger.
Autumn is a mother with a big personality and a servant’s heart. In junior high school, she moved to Bakersfield from where she grew up in a nearby small desert town. Autumn is a proud Golden Hawk that graduated from Centennial High School.
Autumn enjoys staying active in the community and is involved with many non-profit agencies: Golden Empire Habitat for Humanity, Community Action Partnership of Kern, Early Childhood Council, Foster Youth advisory committees and Thumbs Up Cancer Down. When she is not serving families, Autumn enjoys photography, spending time with her kids and being creative.
Jamie Len Woolfolk
Jamie Len is a funeral arranger at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, specializing in celebrations of life. With each service, she does everything in her power to create a comforting atmosphere rich with memories of the family's loved one. Having lost her 22-year-old sister, Jamie Len is familiar with the sweaty palms and the unexpected questions that often follow a loss. Authentic and genuine, she cares for each family during the rawest moments and is more concerned with the people than the business. Jamie Len is the mother of 3 girls.
