Since 2011, Cory Brown has provided compassionate care to families in the Cartersville-Bartow County area. Cory earned her degree in mortuary science from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in 2011 and was a member of Pi Sigma Eta fraternity. She holds dual licensing as a funeral director and embalmer in Georgia and Tennessee. In 2001, she graduated from Ashland University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Cory's passion is serving others with excellence, and she dedicates herself to each family and creating memorable funerals and memorials.
Dianne Susan Woods
Dianne has been with Owen Funeral Home since 1986. She is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College, receiving a degree in Mortuary Science in 1990 with Honors. Dianne is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Dianne is also a licensed insurance agent with the state of Georgia.
Weldon S Youngblood
Scott has been a funeral director and embalmer at Owen Funeral Home since October 1986. He graduated from Gupton-Jones College in 1976 with a degree in mortuary science. Scott has served the families in Cartersville, Bartow County and surrounding areas with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Scott also served as assistant location manager from 2004 to 2014 and has served as funeral home location manager from 2014 to present.
He is a member of the Georgia Funeral Directors Association and serves on the Advisory Board of Amedysis Hospice. Scott is also licensed insurance agent and pre-need consultant. When not serving families at the funeral home, he enjoys attending church and other local fraternal and civic clubs.
