Marie-Claude was born in Québec and raised in southwestern Ontario. She has lived in Cornwall for over 16 years. Marie-Claude worked in the health care and adult education sectors before finding her passion for funeral services. Under the guidance and mentorship of Salon Funeraire M. John Sullivan Funeral Home's own M. John Sullivan, she earned her funeral director license in the provinces of Nova Scotia and Ontario. Marie-Claude speaks both English and French.

John Sullivan Funeral Home, John has served Cornwall families with dignity and respect for more than 40 years, as a funeral director apprentice, funeral director, location manager, funeral home partner and former funeral home owner. John continues to serve as managing director of Salon Funeraire M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, which is now a member of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. Cornwall born and raised, John is a member of the Knights of Columbus 755 and Bishop Brodeur Assembly 0877 Fourth Degree, as well as an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297.
