Rachel has served Dallas-Fort Worth families since 2011. Originally from Dallas, she now lives in Forney. In her spare time Rachel enjoys cooking, working in her garden and spending time with family and friends.
Todd R Shifflett
Oklahoma native Todd Shifflett received his Bachelor’s of Mortuary Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond in 2008. A licensed funeral director and embalmer, Todd has served at funeral homes and cemeteries throughout Oklahoma, Texas and Washington. During his time in Olympia, Washington, he was appointed by Gov. Jay Inslee to sit on the Washington State Funeral and Cemetery Board. He now serves as general manager of locations in both Dallas and Mesquite. Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and pug.
Britney L Buchanan
Growing up in the hospice industry, Britney Buchanan knew at a young age that she wanted to help others. A Texas native, she graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 2018. Outside of work, Britney enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, loves to travel and try new things.
Jacquelyn Joy Farmer
During high school, Jacquelyn Farmer envisioned pursuing a career in the funeral service industry, as she hoped to guide people through a difficult time and treat everyone like family. A graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, Jacquelyn realized her dream of becoming a funeral director and has served families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex since 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking and playing with her four-legged fur babies.
