A native of Pompano Beach, Peter began his career in funeral service with Kraeer Funeral Home with a summer job in 1994. While studying music at Stetson University, Peter decided to enroll in Lynn University’s mortuary science program and become a licensed funeral director and embalmer.
He has maintained his love of music and serves as music director and organist for a Fort Lauderdale Catholic church.
In addition to careers in funeral service and music, Peter volunteers his time as a Palm Beach County reserve deputy sheriff. Outside of work and community involvement, Peter enjoys spending time with family and friends, wine tastings, weekend getaways to the Keys and taking cruises.
Paul Lawrence Moss
Since the late 1990s, Paul has provided comfort to families in Palm Beach County. Born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada, Paul came to Boca Raton to attend Lynn University, where he earned a mortuary science degree. After working many years in the West Palm Beach area, Paul became a location manager with the Dignity Memorial network. This allowed him to be closer to his wife and 2 boys. When he is not working, Paul finds time to be involved in his son’s sporting activities and the Boy Scouts.
Mark J Petratis
Mark has been a resident of South Florida since February 1994. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree. Continuing his education at Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, Illinois, Mark graduated in 1994 and has since been a licensed funeral director and embalmer.
Mark is a member of the Pompano Beach Kiwanis Club, Pompano Beach Elks Lodge #1898, Knights of Columbus John A. Hill Council No. 4955 of Pompano Beach and he also volunteers at Pompano Elementary School. He is also a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Married since the 1990s, his wife is also a funeral director and they live in Coral Springs, Florida.
Thomas J Wojciechowski Jr.
Thomas Wojciechowski has been in the funeral industry since the late 1980s. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he earned a bachelor's degree from St. John’s University and then a mortuary science degree from American Academy McAllister Institute. He is a licensed funeral director in both New York and Florida. Thomas is involved with Knights of Columbus, a member of West Boca Chamber of Commerce and sits on a community association board.
Bob Dale Russell
Robert Russell started working at the R. Jay Kraeer Funeral Home in July 1967. He began as a general employee—working funerals, making removals, running ambulance service and cutting the grass. Bob graduated from Miami Dade College with a degree in mortuary science. He became a licensed embalmer in 1971 and a licensed funeral director the following year.
In 1974, Bob became the manager of the Kraeer Fort Lauderdale location and by 1976 was managing 5 more locations. Previously a co-owner, Bob has remained dedicated to the Kraeer Funeral Home family and has been a consistent presence throughout several changes. Bob served as a regional partner over operations in Florida and Puerto Rico before transitioning to his position as a consultant.
Bob served on the board of the Florida Funeral Directors Association including a term as president. He is also the president of several Osceola County funeral homes and cemeteries.
Bob is married and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren and in his free time enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with his family.
