Dimond & Sons Valley View Funeral Home has served families in Fort Mohave, Arizona, since 1995. Over the years, we have watched the communities along the Colorado River grow and have always responded to their changing needs. We are part of the Dimond family of funeral homes, which has provided funeral and cremation services to people across the country for more than a century.
- Arrangements by phone and email
Our mission at Dimond & Sons Valley View Funeral Home is to help families create personalized funerals and memorials. This approach keeps us open to traditional religious rites as well as contemporary gatherings that deeply reflect a person's life. That means that whether you want a basic cremation with ashes scattered in a personally meaningful place, a funeral in our cozy chapel with cemetery burial nearby, or a modern celebration of life with live music, favorite foods and a send-off that expresses the passions of yourself or your loved one, we are happy to deliver.
Want an afternoon ice cream social? Or maybe an evening wine and cheese gathering is a better fit. Were you thinking about a poker-themed funeral complete with a blackjack table and personalized cards as takeaways? If you can imagine it, we can make it happen.
On-site cremation services
Not everyone knows that there are many cremation options. If you are interested in cremation, the funeral home team can explain the process and different options. From a direct cremation without a memorial service or a witness cremation to a full funeral service before or after the cremation and more, we help you understand this increasingly common choice—and handle all of the cremation arrangements.

The Dimond family of funeral homes began in 1900 when Charles O. Dimond started the Dimond Funeral Home in South Fork, Pennsylvania, which is still managed by the family today.
Growth and expansion
In response to the rapid growth along the Colorado River in the Tri-State area, Donald Dimond purchased Silver Bell Chapel in Bullhead City, Arizona, in the late 1980s. He renamed it Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel to go along with the Dimond & Sons funeral homes of Southern California.
In 1995, Donald’s son, Kenneth Dimond, took over the management of the funeral home and soon added 2 funeral homes in the Tri-State area: Dimond & Sons Needles Mortuary and Dimond & Sons Valley View Funeral Home. These additions gave residents the opportunity to use the services of a Dimond funeral home regardless of which state they lived in along the Colorado River.
