Ryan joined the staff of our funeral home in January 2015. Raised locally, Ryan served customers at Delhi Diner, owned and operated by his parents for many years, and graduated from Delaware Academy High School.
Ryan attended State University of New York Canton, graduating with a degree in mortuary science. Returning home, he fulfilled his residency requirements at a local funeral home, where he later served as manager for 14 years.
Ryan has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America, Sons of the American Legion and Delhi Kiwanis Club. He also helped with the candy striper program, assisting nurses at Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton. He is a member of the Oneonta Rotary Club.
Ryan is also a nationally known quilter, a skill he learned from his maternal grandmother. A member of the Night Owl Quilting Guild in Hamden, he has had several quilt and project patterns published in books and magazines, and he judges quilts annually at the agricultural fair in Delaware County. Ryan lives in Franklin and enjoys spending time with his 3 sons.
