Honored to serve veterans and military families
Our expertise in serving veterans is immense. In 2002, American Heritage Funeral Home was chosen to lead the Homeless Veterans Burial Program for the Dignity Memorial® network. Through this program, we provide honorable military funeral services for homeless veterans without family. In the years since we began the program, we have coordinated with Houston National Cemetery to ensure that homeless veterans are buried with the respect and dignity they deserve.
At American Heritage Funeral Home, many of our staff members are veterans, supporting our ongoing commitment to veterans. Should you or your veteran wish to use it, we offer a horse-drawn Civil War caisson for the services of military personnel. If there are other special touches desired, please don't hesitate to ask.
As a member of the Dignity Memorial® network, American Heritage Funeral Home gives you both the warm, familiar attention you expect from a locally operated business and the benefits you deserve by way of North America's largest network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers.
