A licensed funeral director and embalmer for over 20 year, Shelly A. Clemens serves as the general manager of our team. A graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and Leadership Norman, she belongs to the Oklahoma Funeral Directors Association, Norman Rotary Club, and Norman Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, she serves on the board of directors for the Cleveland County YMCA, Sooner Theatre, and Le Tour de Vin. Shelly is an avid OU fan and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work, as well as giving back to her community in The Woodlands.
Jenna Sue Irvin
Since 2009 Jenna has provided compassionate care to families in the Houston area. Jenna earned her degree in mortuary science from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services in 2009. She is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.
Karen Denise Cortez
Karen has dedicated her career to caring for families in Houston and the surrounding areas since graduating from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in 2001. A compassionate and professional funeral director, she guides families through very difficult times.
Karen and her husband have two grown children. She loves being with family and friends, and she relishes whenever she has a chance to read a good book.
Jill Nicole St Laurent
For the past 10 years, Jill St. Laurent has served in the death care and trauma intervention industries in the Dallas, Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. In 2019, she became a licensed funeral director, earning her degree from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services with honors. She is most passionate about helping families honor their loved ones through detailed and personalized services that reflect a life well-celebrated.
Originally from the Midwest, Jill has lived in the Houston area since 2017. When not at the funeral home, she is kept busy with the many activities her husband and children are actively involved in.
Andrew Paul Hunt
Originally from a small town in Texas' South Plains region, Andrew Hunt dedicated himself to the funeral industry, helping others through challenging times with pride. He is a licensed funeral director, having earned his degree from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston in 2013. He has lived in Houston and the surrounding area for years and is currently a resident of Cypress, Texas.
