Aaron House has served families in Kansas City, Missouri since 2007. Originally from Kearney, Nebraska, he earned his degree in mortuary science from Kansas City Kansas Community College in 2000 and spent the first 7 years of his career in central Nebraska.
Aaron resides with his family in Kansas City. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, yard work, swimming, and spending time with his family.
Ann Rae Hohnstadt
Ann Hohnstadt has served families as a funeral director since 2012. Born in Nebraska, Ann grew up in the Kansas City area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University before graduating from mortuary school at Kansas City Kansas Community College. Honored to serve at Floral Hills, Ann seeks to shape each service to highlight the passions and interests of each family's loved one. Ann is an active member at Calvary Lutheran Church and in her spare time enjoys taking care of her yard and working on her 1920 era house and taking care of her yard.
Shallan L Taylor
Shallan has been serving families at Floral Hills since 2013 and has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1999. She obtained her mortuary science degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College on a full-ride scholarship playing softball.
Originally from Brookfield, Missouri, Shallan continues to apply the small-town values of friendliness, dignity, honor and care while listening to the needs and wants of each family. Through the experience of losing both parents to cancer, she learned first-hand how important it is to have a caring and knowledgeable funeral director. Shallan applies a principle found in Matthew 7:12 to all of her dealings with families: "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets."
Shallan now resides with her husband and three children in the small town of Lawson, Missouri, where they attend Assembly of God Church.
Kenneth M Wing
Ken has been serving families the Kansas City area for 30 years. Originally for Okemos, Michigan, Ken resides in Raytown, Missouri.
In his spare time, Ken enjoys spending time with family and friends, bird watching, fishing, wildlife photography, golf and helping others.
