Originally from Greensburg Indiana, Kaylyn moved to Louisville in 2008 to pursue a career in funeral directing. She started as a funeral director/embalmer and now is the location manager for Arch L. Heady at Resthaven funeral home.
Kaylyn is devoted to creating customized memorials for each family she serves. In Kaylyn's free time, you will find her in her wildflower gardens or enjoying the lake with her family.

Since 2000, Brad has provided compassionate care to the families in Louisville, Kentucky. Brad has worked in the funeral industry since 1998, starting his career in his home town of New Orleans, La. He then moved to Louisville, in 1996, residing briefly in Houston, Texas from 2003 to 2007.
Brad is proud to be part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life. When Brad is not serving families, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Marci has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Illinois for over two decades and licensed in Kentucky since 2015. She enjoys learning the history of Louisville and is grateful to families who share their histories with her, knowing it's the people who create the city. Born and raised in Chicago, Marci graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Illinois. She and her family are recent transplants to Kentucky and they have volunteered at the Edison Museum in Butchertown in their quest to learn more about Louisville. Marci enjoys spending her time off at cultural events, museums and libraries.
Tara has been a funeral director at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven since 2016 and graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2011 with a degree in communications studies. Tara has served the families in Louisville since 2012 with the utmost professionalism and compassion. If she is not at the funeral home, you can find Tara kayaking, traveling or flying.
