Wade Alexander has been in the funeral industry since 2005. He became a funeral director and embalmer in 2007. He has experienced loss firsthand and strives to provide a high level of caring, personal and professional service to families who come to our funeral home.
Raised in Port Lavaca, Texas, Wade moved to the Diboll area in 1972. He previously worked at Ferrara’s HVAC as a duct technician for more than 11 years. He is married and has three children. Wade and his family attend Greater Love Tabernacle in Homer, Texas, where he is also a minister. In his free time, Wade enjoys cooking, camping, playing golf, motorcycles, assembling model cars and playing with his grandchildren.
Meghan Rae Garza
Meghan Rae Garza has served as a licensed funeral director and embalmer since April 2015. She graduated from West Sabine High School in Pineland in 2004 and moved to Lufkin shortly after. Meghan obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in funeral service with honors and distinction from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in 2014. While attending school, Meghan was named member and campus president of the National Funeral Service Honor Society.
Meghan has a true passion for funeral service and a heart for serving families. She began her career in funeral service at Carroway Funeral Home, serving as an apprentice under the direction of Roy Carroway. Upon successful completion of her apprenticeship, she joined the staff at Gipson. In her personal time, Meghan is an active member of Harmony Hill Baptist Church and proud mother to her daughter.
