Our team and services
Our funeral home began as C. Carl Swan Funeral Home in Guilford, Connecticut, in 1917. C. Carl Swan and Stillman Swan eventually relocated to Madison in 1934. In 1954 the funeral home relocated again, to our current location in Madison. For more than a century, we have provided professional, compassionate care, offering a personalized experience for families.
Swan Funeral Home is a member of the Dignity Memorial® network, the largest network of funeral, cremation and cemetery providers in North America.
