Stephanie has been a funeral director and embalmer with Dignity Memorial® since July 2015. She graduated from John Tyler Community College in 2013 with a degree in mortuary science. Stephanie also has bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice, crime scene investigation and psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an associate degree in social sciences from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. She has served families in the Richmond area since 2013 with the utmost professionalism and compassion. When Stephanie is not serving families, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter.
Kristen Nicole Steinmetz
Kristen Steinmetz is a licensed funeral director and has been part of the Dignity Memorial ® family since 2018. After losing her mother in 2008, Kristen knew she wanted to help other families through this difficult time and went on to obtain her mortuary science degree from Tidewater Community College. She is currently working to earn her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Kristen is married, has a daughter and a white German Shepherd. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, reading, collecting World War II memorabilia and traveling to Europe.
