A native of Arkansas, Lee Murphy moves to the Memphis area in 1998 to attend mortuary school at Northwest Mississippi Community College. Since then, he has served as an embalmer, funeral director, operations manager, location manager and general manager. He is now the director for the Memphis market. He is highly invested in the future of funeral service and sits on the funeral service program advisory committee at his alma mater as well as serving as our organization’s scholarship ambassador at the school.
Lee resides in Desoto County, Miss. with his wife and 2 children. He attends Life Fellowship Church.
Michael D Perie
Mike has been in the funeral industry since 1998 and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Mike graduated from Arkansas State University - Mountain Home with a degree in mortuary science in 2003. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in education and is currently working towards his Master of Arts in Christian ministry. He has served with Dignity Memorial since 2014.
Mike and his wife have 2 children and are the founders of In His Grace Ministries, where Mike serves as the pastor and servant leader. Mike also serves on the advisory board of Northwest Community College Funeral Service Program.

Randy grew up in the a small West Tennessee community of Camden. He has been in funeral service since 2007. He graduated from Northwest College in Southaven and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Tennessee. Randy makes his home in Mississippi with his wife and daughter.
