  • Courtney Hise Reed

    Funeral Director

Courtney is a native of Manchester, Tennessee, and a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Since she was in elementary school, Courtney had aspirations of one day becoming a funeral director and embalmer. While attending Coffee County Central High School, she eagerly began volunteering at Coffee County Funeral Chapel during her junior year. Immediately following high school, she enrolled at John A. Gupton Mortuary College where she earned her degree in mortuary science. Courtney joined the Dignity Memorial team in September of 2014 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. She has since worked at Mount Olivet Funeral Home, and now serves families at both Hermitage and Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Homes.

Courtney lives in Old Hickory with her husband, Chris, and their two rescued cattle dogs, Rayn and Gunnar. She and her husband enjoy cheering on the Nashville Predators, relaxing on cruises, watching Shark Tank re-runs, and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney is honored to serve families and help them design an appropriate tribute for their loved ones.
