    Charlene Frazier Washington


    A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Charlene Steptore received her degree in applied science from Fayetteville Technical College in 2000. She became part of the Dignity Memorial family in 2008 as a funeral director after relocating to Killeen, Texas, from Vicenza, Italy. After serving many years in Killeen, Charlene relocated to the Midland/Odessa area in 2018, continuing her excellent service to families as a general manager.

    Charlene is the very proud mother of her 2 children and is a member of the Smoking for Jesus Ministry Church in Kingsland, Texas. In her spare time she enjoys watching HGTV and attempting home redecorating. She also thinks she is the number 1 New Orleans Saints fan.

    Since 2009, Katherine has been a part of our funeral home team, providing comfort and care to area families. Katherine earned her degree in mortuary science from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 2001. She served in Illinois and Arizona as a licensed funeral director and embalmer before coming to West Texas. She is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life. When not serving families, she enjoys going to the movies, walking her dog, Stephen King, spending time exploring new places with her family and taking long road trips.

    Holly Leigh Fossett

    Holly Fossett graduated with a degree in mortuary science from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 2004. Since then, she has served families in the Permian Basin with compassion and professionalism. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children and attending their many school and extracurricular activities.

    Craig has been with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home since 1986. He graduated from Dallas Mortuary in 1993 as a licensed funeral director and embalmer.

    Craig continues to serve families in Odessa with the utmost professionalism and compassion. In his off time, he finds enjoyment working with the Odessa Chuck Wagon Gang and collecting antiques.

    Collin W Ashing

    Funeral Director

    Since 2017, Collin has provided compassionate care to families in Midland/Odessa. Collin earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from Texas Tech University in 2004. He is currently working on his degree in mortuary science at Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service. He is proud to be part of the Dignity Memorial team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.

    Collin is married with a daughter and stepson. When not working, he enjoys hunting, golf, cooking, sports, movies and spending time with friends and family.

    Dylan Devon McMillan

    Funeral Director

    Dylan Devon McMillan has served Odessa and Midland-area families since 2017. Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, she graduated from Permian High School, attended Odessa College and is currently pursuing a degree at Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston. In her spare time, Dylan enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, listening to classic rock music, reading up on World War II history, and riding and caring for her horses. She takes great pride in guiding families during one of the most personal times in life and providing compassionate care to those she serves.
