Shawn has been a funeral director since 2002 and a location manager since 2011. He has served the families in the Omaha metro area since 1999 with the utmost professionalism and compassion. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in mortuary science.
Patrick Shannon is the location manager for our locations. Pat has been in funeral service since 1984. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer, as well as a licensed insurance agent since 1987. Pat was born in Sioux City, Iowa, graduated from Ralston High School and attended the University of Nebraska in Omaha and Bellevue College. Following his graduation from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, Pat completed his degree in business administration at Capella University in 2016. He is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.
Pat is a member of the Nebraska Funeral Directors Association, Trinity United Methodist Church and their board of trustees, the board of directors for Sarpy YMCA, the Papillion Lions Club, the Sarpy County Emergency Management Team and is a board member of the Pontiac Owners Association. He is also a past president for the District 1 Nebraska Funeral Directors Association, past cub master for Cub Scout Pack 83 and assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 37.
In his spare time, Pat enjoys car shows, running, fishing, spending time with grandchildren and watching his children’s sports activities.
Kristen L. Bures
Kristen has been a funeral director at our locations since 2016. She grew up and lived in Omaha until she attended mortuary school in Des Moines, Iowa. Kristen stayed there and worked for a number of years before returning home to Nebraska.
"Losing a loved one is the worst feeling we can experience in our lifetime," she said. "I consider it a privilege to help comfort families in their time of need, while assisting them with planning funeral services that honor their loved ones."
Andrew J Czarnick
Andrew has been a funeral director and embalmer since 2015. He enjoys serving families in their time of need, either directly or behind the scenes. Andrew is a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus and former financial secretary of the Knights of Columbus Council. He is also involved in the Immaculate Conception and St. Barnabas Parishes.
Zachary Jon Hanson
Zachary is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and has been serving at our locations since 2003. Born in Fremont, Nebraska, he graduated from Fremont High School. Zach also attended Wayne State College and Kansas City Mortuary College. Zach enjoys photography and outdoor activities including hiking, backpacking and canoeing.
