Sacred Heart Cemetery

How may we help you?

Sacred Heart Cemetery is located in the Dallas suburb of Rowlett, not far from the President George Bush Turnpike. It was established for Sacred Heart Church in 1898 on land donated by Patrick McEntee, an early Rowlett resident who also donated the land for the church.

Cemetery expansion with mausoleum and chapel construction

Cemetery Grounds at Sacred Heart CemeteryThe original cemetery was expanded to encompass 30 peaceful acres in the 70s, when a mausoleum and chapel were also built.

Sacred Heart Cemetery offers a variety of burial options, including traditional ground burial, above-ground entombment and cremation niches. For those who wish, you can also have a committal service at our mausoleum chapel.
