Cassandra was born and raised in Central Florida and grew up in the funeral industry. After graduating from Trinity Christian Academy in 2012, Casie began working with the Dignity Memorial network. She earned her funeral director's license from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Texas. In her free time, Casie enjoys being outdoors, taking her boat on the river, taking her dog to the beach and hanging out with her family.
Thad Gregory Chapman
Thad has been a licensed funeral director with the Dignity Memorial network since June 2017. He is a 3rd-generation funeral director who graduated from Nassau Community College in 2011. Thad has served families in Volusia County since 2013 with the utmost professionalism and compassion. If he is not at the funeral home, Thad is likely enjoying time with his family.
Kenneth Ian Couldry
Ken began working in the funeral industry in 1992 in Terre Haute, Indiana. Today, he is privileged to assist Florida families in honoring their loved ones. Ken lives in Sanford and has 2 daughters, 2 sons and 3 grandchildren.
Douglas K Norton
Douglas is originally from New York, where he served as a funeral director for over 12 years. He relocated to the Deltona, Florida, area in 2006 and has been serving our community since. Doug enjoys spending his spare time with his 2 daughters. You can often find him enjoying the Intracoastal Waterway, fishing and taking in the beautiful nature Florida offers.
