Michael William Barron
Mike Barron grew up on the east side of Detroit and attended St. Ignatius Grade School and De La Salle Collegiate High School. After more than a year studying in the Grace Hospital School of Nursing he joined the U.S. Navy, serving as a corpsman for six years. Returning to civilian life, Mike pursued his first bachelor’s degree in theatre from Wayne State University. Mike served as midnight concierge at Five Thousand Town Center in Southfield for 15 years. During that time he secured a license as a realtor and real estate appraiser while writing, producing and directing plays on stage and the radio before finding his calling to funeral service.
