Todd Gerace has been our general manager since 2011. In 1990, Todd became a Stafford resident, after moving back to the states from Germany as an Army brat. He is a graduate of Stafford Senior High School, where he played football and baseball. He holds a Associate of Applied Science in mortuary science from SUNY Canton and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Ashford University. He has proudly served the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Fauquier regions since the 1990s as a licensed funeral director and embalmer.
Todd also serves as vice president of Strong for Dom Foundation, a nonprofit organization that spreads awareness for pediatric cancer research. An avid sports fan, Todd coached football at Brooke Point High School for 10 years. In his free time, Todd enjoys sports and the gym. He and his wife and their 4 boys live in Stafford with their labradoodle, Dixon.

Jennifer Parsons has been a funeral director at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service since January 2017. She graduated from John Tyler Community College in 2016 with a degree in mortuary science. Jennifer has served families in the Northern Virginia market since June 2015.

Thomas has been a funeral director at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service since December 2014. He graduated from John Tyler Community College in 2010 with a degree in mortuary science. Thomas has served the families of Spotsylvania County and the city of Fredericksburg since 2014 with the utmost professionalism and compassion. When he is not at the funeral home, you will likely find Thomas enjoying church activities at Spotsylvania Baptist Church where he serves as pastor.
