    Amanda has been in funeral service since 2006 and describes funeral directing as "a calling" in her life. She takes great pride in fulfilling families' individual needs and helping to create a dignified, personalized tribute. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and sons, Marcus, Jacob and Zachary.

    Fred Joseph Wobrock

    General Manager

    Frederick J. Wobrock has been a managing funeral director since 2008. Frederick's career in funeral service began at 16 years old, when he began working for the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Homes in Troy and Clifton Park, New York. Upon his graduation from the Hudson Valley Mortuary Science program, he served his apprenticeship and subsequently earned his New York Funeral Director's License in 1996.

    In 2001, Frederick graduated from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in human resource management. In 2004, Frederick moved to Boston and worked in Kenmore Square, Boston's North End, for J. S. Waterman & Sons Funeral Service, and then in Wellesley, where he would become manager. Frederick earned his Massachusetts Funeral Director's License in 2004.

    He is a member of the board of directors of the Norwood Circle of Hope Foundation. He is a member of the Norwood Rotary Club, Norwood Gridiron Club, Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Society of the Friends of St. Patrick. He is a former board member of the Wellesley Chamber of Commerce and former longtime member of the Algonquin Club in Boston's Back Bay.

    Frederick was born and raised in Troy, New York. He has one sister and is also a proud uncle to his nephew and niece.

    William Robert Duckett


    William was raised and educated in southern Ohio and moved to the greater Boston area in 1968. He enrolled in the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, graduating and becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1971.

    After working in the management of a large funeral home in Boston, William decided to establish his own business in Sudbury, Massachusetts, which he operated for 20 years. In 1992 he joined the Waring Family group of funeral homes in Boston and Wellesley. He continued as managing director of the Duckett Funeral Home of J.S. Waterman in Sudbury as well as the MetroWest Funeral and Cremation Service Wadsworth-Chiappini in Framingham.

    Active in his community, William lives in Sudbury with his wife and is the father of 9 adult children and has 16 grandchildren.
