    Freddie Lee Adams


    Freddie has been serving families in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas since the early 2000s and joined the Culley staff in 2014. Originally from Chattahoochee, Florida, Freddie graduated from Chattahoochee High School. He attended Tallahassee Community College and Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, earning his degree in mortuary science.

    Freddie enjoys watching football, singing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife reside in Tallahassee and attend the United New Jerusalem Church in Chattahoochee where they teach youth Sunday school.

    William Franklin Webb

    Funeral Director

    Bill has been serving families in the Tallahassee area since 2015. Originally from Madison, Fla., Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from Florida State University, a master’s degree in music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas and a degree in mortuary science from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, Ga. Bill is an experienced vocalist and enjoys music of all kinds, Florida State football and listening to the Marching Chiefs. He and his wife reside in Tallahassee where they are members of First Baptist Church.

    William Elard Welborn

    Funeral Director

    William started his career in the funeral industry in 1972 as an apprentice and eventually became a funeral director with Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales, Florida.

    Bill attended Gupton-Jones Mortuary College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated salutatorian in 1977. After school he again went to work with Marion Nelson where he was manager of a location until he entered a partnership in a funeral home in Lake Placid, Florida. After selling the funeral home, he continued to work in the funeral business for various funeral homes and cemeteries until he took a break in 2001, when he went to work as an instructor at his Alma Mater, Gupton-Jones Mortuary College.

    Bill returned to the funeral business in 2010 and has been with Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home in Tallahassee since 2015.
