Jordan earned his funeral director and embalmer's license from Humber College in Toronto in 1990. He began his career with First Memorial in 2004.
Active in the Victoria community, Jordan has volunteered for the Victoria Symphony Orchestra at special events and is a Victoria Music Corner Society associate member. Jordan performs regularly with many Scottish bagpipe bands. Currently, he competes in Grade III with the Vancouver Island Caledonia Pipe Band, which holds its weekly rehearsals at the funeral home.
Jordan participates in events as a member of the Japanese Canadian Community Organization of Victoria on the weekends. He also spends time as an advocate for the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia. He is former vice chair for the arts, culture and special events advisory committee to the Esquimalt Municipal Council. He relishes time with his wife and two children.

Natasha Keepence is a new addition to our team. She has spent the last 2 years working and attending the Canadian College of Funeral Service. Natasha previously worked in healthcare, with a focus on serving seniors. She enjoys spending free time outdoors and expressing herself through creative arts.
