Baldwin-Fairchild Cemeteries & Funeral Homes began in 1972 when Richard O. Baldwin Jr., founded the first Baldwin Funeral Home in the Goldenrod area of Orlando. In 1974, Richard Baldwin expanded to Altamonte Springs and, in 1978, added All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry.
Growth in Orlando
In 1980, Mr. Baldwin expanded further through the acquisition of 3 additional funeral homes in the Orlando area: Fairchild Funeral Home and Crematory located on Lake Ivanhoe, Bray Funeral Home in Apopka and Hoequist Funeral Home in Winter Garden. All 5 of the funeral homes were renamed Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home.
Our funeral homes today
Following more acquisitions through the years, Baldwin-Fairchild Cemeteries & Funeral Homes now consist of 10 chapel locations and 4 cemeteries serving all of the Greater Orlando area.
Richard Baldwin has always believed that families, regardless of their faith, social status or circumstances, deserve unwavering respect and dignity throughout the entire funeral process. It is that principle which has earned the Baldwin-Fairchild group of cemeteries and funeral homes their excellent reputation. At Baldwin-Fairchild, we strive to provide the finest funeral homes and cemeteries with the most caring ceremonies for every family we serve.
