Originally from El Paso, Texas, Carlos resides in Torrance, California. In his spare time he enjoys officiating soccer games, spending time with family, watching Little House on the Prairie and is involved in various community organizations, including Youth Soccer of the South Bay, The Knights of Columbus, Veterans of Foreign Wars and The American Legion. Carlos also volunteers in his local church conducting bible study classes and marriage preparation classes.
