Her husband was in the Marine Corp and during most of their marriage they lived outside of Texas. Soon after returning to Houston, they divorced. At that time, she started working at the US Postal Service and after about 30 years of service, she retired. In her later years, about 7 years ago, she moved to San Diego, California to be near her daughter.
Anyone who met or visited with her would say what a beautiful smile she had and how lovely of a person she was. Judy’s hobbies and interests included reading books and the daily newspaper, painting with watercolor and going to movies.
