My husband and I only had the pleasure of meeting Chris twice while we were looking at homes in Westchase. While we did not know him well, we were impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and sincerity. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. May Chris rest in eternal peace.

My husband and I never met Chris in person but talked to him over the phone many times. We were supposed to meet on Tuesday to make settlement on a house in florida. Christopher was so sweet, kind and funny. We could call him anytime and he picked up the phone . He was a tremendous realtor. To his mom,dad,co-workers and friends we are saddened for your loss. May God comfort you through this very sad time Christopher may you rest in peace.

My husband and I met Chris as hundreds of others had- through real estate . There is no doubt he was one of the most driven, intelligent , and successful realtors in the business . “ Beyond his years” is a phrase I often used describing Chris . It was easy to forget how young he really was. What I remember most is how often we forgot Chris was our realtor and not a lifelong , childhood friend . He connected with everyone he met ; genuinely kind and unforgettably witty . We had some bizarre things happen with our sale of our home . It was a joke between us and Chris that we were cursed . We had some good laughs. His witty jokes and refreshing sarcasm , unbeknownst to him , got us through some stressful times . Just as few weeks ago he dropped of three bottles of booze at our front door . One for each curse we conquered .
There is not one person whom was blessed enough to have met him , will ever forget him .
Christopher Williams was , what we all hope for our sons to become .
My condolences and prayers go out to his family.
He is truly missed .

I met Chris back in high school as we both played on the Alonso Basketball Team. Chris had strength on and off the court that I knew would take him far into his future. He had a kind heart and leader traits that I always looked up to. I remember when working out with him he put up the most weight out of everyone in the gym, it was of significant to me because it not only showed is perseverance to fight through the pain but also it encouraged me to push forward and get stronger. Chris knew that our only limitations is the ones we set up in our minds.

I first met Chris at the University of Florida where he was roommates with a mutual friend. I was immediately attracted to his confident demeanor and contagious humor. We became friends and had many good times together. Although we had lost touch recently I will never forget him or the many good laughs we had together and amongst our friends. Rest in peace Chris.

In the short span of time my wife and I shared working with Christopher, he displayed the utmost professionalism and human qualities. Alway responsive and available, Christopher became not only a realtor, but a trusted advisor and friend to us. He was instrumental in our transition from Maryland to Florida and we will sorely miss him. We extend our prayers and condolences to the Williams family.

I first spoke to Christopher back in July when I was still leaving in Maryland. He contacted me to offer his services since I was in the process of moving to Florida with my husband and three children. He was polite and very professional from day one. He was patient and dedicated to make sure we could find the perfect house. And we did! I spoke with Chris this past Saturday morning regarding the final details for our closing. I remember I apologized for bothering him on a weekend. His answer was, “I’m always working and available for any questions you could have”. On Sunday he was gone. I can’t still believe it. As a mother of three beautiful kids my heart hurts for his parents. Our deepest condolences for the Williams family.

I was introduced to Christopher a couple of years ago through a mutual friend of ours. I was fortunate to handle dozens of mortgages for his clients. I have never worked with anyone quite like Christopher. His professionalism, work ethic, demeanor, and grace set him apart from anyone I have worked with. I am still trying to wrap my arms around how someone with such promise can be taken from us at such a young age I will miss Christopher. It was an absolute honor knowing him

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Williams family

I became friends with Chris in college because we knew each other from high school. Although we were really different, we formed a friend group for the first couple years in a Gainesville(Party Pals! I can picture him rolling his eyes that I even mentioned that). Thanks for always helping me with my math homework when I was struggling. I will always remember you as a person who was stubborn, charming, extremely funny and always down to hang out and be there for your friends. Last time I saw Chris was at a wedding two years ago and I was able to catch up with him and see how much he's grown from college. He seemed extremely happy.
