He is a University of North Carolina football and basketball fan and enjoys working out at the YMCA.

  • Scotty L Teague

    Funeral Director

Scotty has been serving families in the funeral profession since 2002. Having many talents and abilities, he is an asset to the team and "wears many hats." Scotty says that "the funeral director should be the most trusted person in the community." He is honored and privileged to care for each loved one and strives to never take a family's trust for granted.

A native of Tennessee, Scotty moved into the Gastonia, Dallas and Stanley area in March 2015 and instantly became a part of the community he now calls home. He is a United States Marine who is a member of the American Legion in Gaston County and a member of the Marine Corps League. In his spare time Scotty loves to run and walk the local trails, play golf, which he says he’s not that good at, and meet new people in the community. He’s a huge fan of the Atlanta Braves and Chicago Cubs, not to mention the teams of the University of Tennessee.
