Dan has served families in Killeen for more than 35 years. He is a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. Prior to working in funeral service, Dan was deputy chief of police in Killeen. He was recruited by Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home founders Bill Crawford and Del Bowers as the first non-family member for their firm. "They mentored and made me the director and embalmer I am today," Dan says.
Originally from Brownwood, Dan has lived in Killeen for more than 55 years.
Joyce Arlene Gilbert
Joyce graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She has served families in Killeen, Copperas Cove and Temple for several years and says that taking care of the people in her community means as much to her as taking care of her own family.
Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Joyce was born into a Navy family and served in the U.S. Army for 3 years.
She has 3 children and 1 grandchild. She loves collegiate basketball and football—especially the North Carolina Tar Heels.
For more than a decade, Bobby has provided comfort and care to families in the Killeen, Copperas Cove and Temple.
Born in Belton and raised in Killeen, Bobby is a retired school teacher from Killeen ISD. He is also a member of Killeen Masonic Lodge #1125, where he is a past master. He is an elder at Lifeway Fellowship Church in Killeen. He and his wife, Robin, serve meals at Henderson's Restaurant during the holidays.

Joe has been in the funeral industry since 1973. He began his career in Denver and relocated to Texas in 1987. Today he cares for people in the Killeen, Temple and Copperas Cove communities.
In 2016, Joe became the funeral home's community relations representative. As such, he is an active member of the Copperas Cove Exchange Club and Military Affairs Community of Harker Heights. He belongs to the chambers of commerce in Killeen, Temple and Copperas Cove, and he is also an ambassador for the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce and First Calvary Division Association.
A graduate of Metropolitan State College in Denver and the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, Joe was a captain in the United States Army.
