Karen Karnatz has worked in the funeral industry for over two decades and has served countless families across northern California. A graduate of the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science, Karen has worked in all facets of the profession and in 2015 became a general manager for Dignity Memorial®. Karen's greatest joy comes from officiating funeral services and celebrations of life as a celebrant. Sharing the story of a lifetime is both a privilege and an honor and she is grateful for every moment she spends listening to families, writing unique services and delivering them in a way that honors the person's life.
Karen enjoys staying active—running and biking on the beautiful Redding trails and other physical training. She is also an avid reader, especially self-help and grief books.

Sarah Lynn Robinson
Sarah Robinson has lived in our community since 1989 and began serving families as a funeral arranger in 2015. When her father passed away in 2001, she found herself called to this industry but did not pursue a position with a funeral home until 2013, at which time she took on an administrative role. With a passion for caring for others and a desire to make life easier on each family served, she quickly progressed to the position of funeral arranger. Providing peace for families during a stressful time comes full circle for Sarah, as she finds peace for herself while serving.
Sarah takes great pride in her talent for photography and her time spent as a stay-at-home parent to her four children.
