Martin has been a funeral director at Becker Funeral Home since February 1989. Marty graduated in 1986 from Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, with a bachelor's degree in biology and then received his degree in mortuary science from American Academy McAllister Institute in New York City in 1987. Marty serves families in Bergen County with the utmost professionalism and compassion.
Jake G Dezerga
Since 2009 Jake has provided compassionate care to families in the Pascack Valley area. Jake started working for the funeral home through a work-study program offered by Pascack Hills High School. He earned a degree in operational sciences from Bergen Community College and a degree in mortuary science from American Academy McAllister Institute. He is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.
When he is not working, Jake devotes his time to assisting at the Second Reformed Church of Hackensack and New Jersey's River Homeless Mission. He also enjoys hiking, long-boarding and making music.
Richard P Hebditch
Richard has been a funeral director with Becker Funeral Home since February 1988 and has served the community with great compassion. He is a 1976 graduate of American Academy-McAllister Institute of Mortuary Science, New York.
John Opuda Jr.
John received his degree in mortuary science from American Academy McAllister Institute, New York City in 1975. He has been a licensed funeral director since 1977. John joined the staff at Becker Funeral Home in November 2014.

He graduated from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, earning both a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and a Master of Divinity degree. He then graduated from American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in New York City in 1996, receiving his degree in mortuary science. Tom assists families in the Pascack Valley area with the utmost professionalism, compassion and care.
