    Shannon R. Martin is a Denver native who has been serving families and working with Olinger Funeral Homes and Cemeteries since 1996. She has a passion for offering creative options to families, creating the best experience possible. Shannon holds an Associate of Applied Science in mortuary science from Arapahoe Community College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Colorado. Outside of work Shannon enjoys spending time with her family.

    Melinda S Acevedo

    Funeral Director

    Melinda Acevedo has been a funeral director at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery since July 2017. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2007 with a degree in business administration. Since 2014 Melinda has served the families in Golden, Colorado, and Yuma, Arizona, with the utmost professionalism and compassion.

    Erin Michelle Barker

    Erin has been a funeral director at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery since February 2017. She graduated Arapahoe Community College in 2016 with a degree in mortuary science. Erin has served the families of the Denver area since January 2016 with utmost professionalism and compassion. If she is not at the funeral home, you can find Erin spending time with her family or hiking in the mountains.

    Amanda Elaine LoPrinzi

    Amanda has been a funeral service director at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary since January 2017. In 2010 she graduated from Cypress College in California with a degree in mortuary science. Amanda is a nationally licensed funeral director and embalmer who has been guiding families through one of the most personal times in life. She is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team and when she is not serving families Amanda enjoys all things Disney, traveling, hiking, paddle-boarding, kayaking and attending Comic-Cons.

    William J Roberts

    Funeral Director

    William Roberts attended the Arapahoe Community College Mortuary Science Program from 2011 to 2013. Bill graduated from the program in August 2013 magna cum laude, performed his internship at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery and completed his mortuary science board exams. He is still a proud member of the Olinger Crown Hill Family, comforting and helping families plan and arrange personalized funeral services.

    Originally from the northeastern United States, Bill relocated to Evergreen, Colorado, in 1989. Prior to joining Olinger Crown Hill, he spent 32 years in the construction industry as an explosives technician throughout the United States. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from Parsons School of Design in New York City.

    Paul Thomas Sheridan

    Paul has worked in the funeral industry since 2001, beginning his career in San Rafael, California, working as a funeral assistant. He moved and served in Opelika, Alabama, before relocating a second time to Denver, Colorado, where he accepted a position with the Dignity Memorial® team assisting Denver market locations as needed. In 2010 Paul became the service director at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, directing funeral services while striving to serve each family in a stellar manner. Paul feels extremely privileged to serve with such highly skilled and professional funeral associates who share his belief that families always come first.

    Rebecca L Sorenson

    Since 2012 Rebecca has provided compassionate care to families in the Denver area. Becky was born and raised in Minnesota and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mortuary science from the University of Minnesota in 2008. She has been in funeral service since 2009 and is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.

    When she is not serving families, Becky enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.

    Zoe Ann Underwood

    Funeral Director

    Zoe Underwood has been serving families since 1999 and possesses diverse funeral industry experience, making her uniquely capable of creating meaningful custom events. Beginning her career in Colorado Springs, she moved to the Denver area in 2003 to work at the historic Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery. Because of her longevity at Crown Hill, she has developed long-standing relationships with many area families. In 2012 she became a member of DMORT Region 8 (Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team) and is trained and ready to respond to serious and uncommon events. In her time away from Crown Hill, Zoe enjoys spoiling her grandson and exploring the city of Denver and the great state of Colorado.

    Jon Alan Wines

    Funeral Director

    A member of the Olinger family for over 10 years, Jon has been serving families in the Denver area since 1998. A graduate of the California School of Mortuary Science, Jon has been a licensed funeral director for over 40 years. He is passionate about caring for families in their time of need and is dedicated to helping families when they needed it the most.

    When Jon is not at the funeral home, he enjoys spending time with his wife Deborah, his dogs, working in the garden, playing golf, watching college football and,of course, cheering on the Broncos.
