How to join a Livestream Service

We are deeply committed to the health, safety and comfort of our guests and associates. In addition to maintaining the highest level of cleanliness, we are proud to offer all families livestreaming of a loved one’s memorial service on Facebook. Please follow these easy steps to join the livestream.

Access Website

Go to the location’s website provided by the funeral home, or go to DignityMemorial.com and search for the location.

Click on Recent Obituaries

Locate and click on Recent Obituaries.

Select Obituary

Click on Upcoming Services and select the obituary.

Click on Services

On the obituary page, click on the Services tab. This will take you to the Services section of the page.

Join Livestream

In the Services section of the page, click on the Join Livestream link. This will open a new browser tab and load the location’s Facebook page. The next section gives instructions on how to view a livestream on the Facebook page.

Navigate to News Feed

Navigate to the News Feed section of the Facebook page to find the livestream. Tapping or clicking on the video in the News Feed will expand the video.

Confirm Livestream

If you are unable to see the livestream, confirm that the livestream has indeed started or refresh the News Feed. This can be done on desktop using CTRL+R or on a mobile device by swiping down.
