In 2016, J.D. Power honored us with the J.D. Power President’s Award, an honor only achieved by 12 recipients in the company’s nearly 50-year history. We accredit this merit to our commitment to respect, integrity, service excellence and enduring relationships.
For more than a decade, we have partnered with J.D. Power to hear from you, through the Voice of the Customer program. More than 100,000 customers provide us with feedback each year, consistently bringing our average score to one of the highest achievable. At least half of our customers, who are surveyed each year, take the time to tell us specifically how we have impacted their lives.
