Personalized funerals and memorials in Chattanooga
At Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist – North Chapel, you'll find funeral professionals who are committed to serving families of all belief systems and cultures with loving care. We are dedicated to designing personalized funerals and memorials that capture unique personalities. Personalized celebrations of life are our specialty. We help you imagine it and then we bring it into focus.
We believe funeral and memorial services should reflect the people being honored, and we create one-of-a-kind events that capture the passions of loved ones. Consider a breakfast taco buffet, an ice cream social or a sit-down dinner followed by fireworks. A funeral can even have a tailgating theme dedicated to a University of Tennessee fan, a delightful yarn bombing honoring the family knitter or suitcases spilling over with postcards and plane tickets for a world traveler. A memorial service can include a dove release: 4 doves are released and take flight as symbols of love, peace, hope and the person who has died.
Our full-service funeral home has a private on-site crematory, which gives Chattanooga Funeral Home complete control of a cremation, start to finish, and means your loved one never has to leave our care. If you are unsure about cremation, a team member can explain the process to you. We can perform a cremation following a funeral service, preceding a funeral service or without a service at all. If you wish, cremated remains can be placed at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
We are also pleased to offer an on-site floral shop to create any type of flower arrangement you’d like for a funeral, memorial or grave placement. From a rosary of roses to a nosegay of peonies, a bouquet of daisies to a casket spray of wildflowers, our floral professionals are here to fill your order and deliver. If you're not sure what you'd like, let us use our imaginations to create something special. Please contact us at 423-894-8990 for your floral needs.
