So many fond memories of time with Wayne. I would come out to his range early and we would discuss the world while waiting for the range to open. Wayne was an accomplished master with rifle, pistol and shotgun and would help any who wanted to learn. We, as our health issues progressed, would still meet and practice with our pistols on hostage rescue targets in case he had to save Penny. Wayne was very proud of Son Richard and many times I would sight in a fine rifle so it was ready for his visit. Sadly the last year was reduced to phone calls and it caused a loss of creating new memories, but I know Wayne has some targets ready. Condolences, Jim & Martha

Today I lost an idol that started me shooting when I was a young boy. I learned secrets and lessons from this Master and World Class Champion! He was the best of the best years ago before my time!
He shared with me the knowledge of the sport and what it took to be the best!! Today is a sad day, but I will
Never forget the trainings and the many times of sitting for hours visiting and learning all I could ever learn from Wayne!
Love and miss him and I want him to know he made one of the largest impacts in my life!
Forever I will cherish the times we had! I know he’s in a better place now! Prayers Today and always The best memories!

We are so sorry to here of this great loss.
We know you will be greatly missed.
Thank you for all the shotgun coaching you have done for our boys
Remington & Colt McBee starting at age 12. They are USA Olympic athletes now. You made them what they are.
Colt speaks of you helping him with his attitudes. Our family has many fond memories at the gun range.
Prayers for this family, prayers for Penny.

Wayne created me to be one of the best skeet shooters in the WORLD. At 12 years old I ran my first ever 100/100. I had a bad attitude problem and he fixed me. He was like a grandpa to me.. I was blessed by his leadership.
He told me no matter if you miss one, the outcome is not finished. Anger is not your friend. In that moment you have 2 choices son, you can lose what’s ahead of you, or you can let it go and gain everything that was destined for you.
He helped me in life. I love you Wayne. You will be missed.
