Randy, our dad, brother, grandpa, pastor and friend, passed away peacefully with his daughters, Denee' and Jennifer by his side in Edmond, Oklahoma after a hard fought battle with Lewy Body Dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Hydrocephalus. Randy was born in Bakersfield, California on October 19th, 1951, to Bill and Carol Duncan and was the oldest of his two brothers, Danny and Mike. He was a graduate of Arvin High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Georgia State University. Randy married Carla Marie Wheatly Jenkins in 1976 and together they had three children, Derek Todd, April Denee' and Jennifer Michelle who were the joy of his life. Randy was born into a farming family and spent several years working on the farm until he left home to follow his passions. Randy was always a networker and had a gift at bringing people together. Randy knew he had a calling in ministry and spent most of his life teaching and preaching all around the world. He loved to travel and make memories with his children and grandchildren. He had many friends that he called brothers and sisters and was passionate about bringing the good news of his precious Lord and Saviour to those who were hurting. One of his favorite trips was when he traveled to the Philippines and was able to help plant a church and hold a baptism while he was there. His grandchildren, Burke, Brynn, Thomas, Finley and Max were the light of his life. Playing the piano and singing when the family would gather was his favorite pastime until the very end. His light and love for all will forever live on through those that loved him most.
