Michael W. Gailus is one of those rare Colorado natives, born and raised in the metro Denver area. He studied engineering and business at University of Colorado Denver and has always enjoyed being in or near the great Colorado Rocky Mountains. In 2001 Michael had a change in his professional career and started with Olinger mortuaries as a funeral assistant. Advancing in his career in 2010 Michael became a funeral director at Olinger Highland Mortuary in Thornton, Colorado, where he works closely with each family to create a personalized service for a life well celebrated. Involved within the community, Michael works with Judi’s House in Denver and Thornton Police Honor Guard.
